The Service Sales Account Manager is accountable for driving growth and profitability in Service Sales with assigned and new accounts, towards defined short‑ and long‑term targets, securing Vertiv as the account’s preferred partner during the entire product lifecycle period. Working together with the account managers, this person will manage the relationship with assigned accounts in a long‑term perspective, owning the service account plan/review process and representing the company in front of the account’s stakeholders. He/she is responsible for implementing Service Sales strategy, aligned to overall Vertiv strategy, and working with peers, local service organisations, and other internal functions, to exceed customer expectations. The role should be located in Germany (preferred in the area of Frankfurt).
