Service Sales Manager – GIS & AIS

Stellenbeschreibung:

Handle customer inquiries, tenders and requirements from external customers for maintenance, upgrades and spare parts on gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and air-insulated switchgear (AIS)
Responsible for clarifying project scope and customer requirements with GE representatives (FU)
Develop solutions in cooperation with Service Engineering
Coordinate and define the scope of services between DSD and FU
Prepare documents and presentations of the proposed solution to support the local FU in the quotation process
Responsible for agreeing the market price in the destination country and the margin split between DSD and the FU
Define the scope of work for the preparation of the bid calculation
Track and follow up on proposals with the customer
Enter the relevant data into the designated SPEAK databases
Identify target customers in coordination with sales management and conduct customer visits

Requirements

University degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable) or a minimum of 3 years of technical vocational training followed by technician or master-level qualification combined with several years of professional experience
Knowledge of GIS technologies
Very good written and spoken English
Willingness to pursue further training in specialist areas
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%)
