Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

Digitron Engineering Services GmbH is an independent, globally active service provider in the semiconductor and high-tech industry. It has been an owner‑managed family business for over 37 years. We maintain, install and repair manufacturing equipment, production and process systems for the production of semiconductor chips.

Position Overview

To expand our team in Munich, we are looking for field service technicians and maintenance engineers.

Responsibilities

• On‑site and remote service of our production systems for semiconductor chips
• Preventive service and carrying out safety checks on site with our customers
• Carrying out fault analyses and repairs on our complex technical hi‑tech systems
• Installation and commissioning of our systems and machines
• Regular participation in training courses for technical innovations

Qualifications

• Authentic personality and passion as well as practical experience for the commissioning and service of mechatronic systems
• Successful degree (training/technician/studies) in electrical engineering/mechatronics, automotive/mechanical engineering, or similar fields, allowing installation, maintenance and commissioning of our mechatronic systems
• Passion for field service at partners in Europe and willingness to travel nationally and internationally from your home office
• Experience communicating with customers on an equal footing in German and English, carrying out work independently and in a structured manner, and taking an analytical and implementation‑oriented approach to technical issues
• Driving licence class B (mandatory)
