As part of our continued expansion, we are strengthening our regional service capability and looking for a dedicated professional to drive service training and competency development.

Position Summary

The Regional Service Training Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the technical capabilities of service teams across the region. This position is responsible for organizing and implementing service training programs, developing localized training materials, and supporting certification systems to ensure consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize regional service training programs, ensuring effective planning and execution
• Develop and localize training materials and courseware for general service topics
• Monitor and track the implementation progress of product-line service training across the region
• Collaborate with product teams to organize and implement skill certification programs for local service personnel
• Liaise with external certification bodies for operational and safety-related certifications
• Support the continuous improvement of service training systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service training, technical support, or after-sales service within construction machinery, automotive, or similar industries
• Strong understanding of service operations and field service requirements
• Experience in training delivery and courseware development is highly preferred
• Good coordination and communication skills in an international working environment
• Fluent in English; additional European language(s) is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the region
