What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments—including an eight‑month international placement—you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

The position is designed to build foundational capabilities in project risk management within the offshore wind service sector. To address this, the role will focus on two core areas: supporting the identification and analysis of project risks and assisting with the administration of risk management processes and reporting.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with the transition to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Risk identification and analysis: Review project docs/data to spot potential risks; assess impact and likelihood using company methods; gather data to support senior risk managers on complex assessments
• Risk register and efficiency: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date project risk register; drive LEAN activities and procedures to improve process efficiency
• Risk management process and reporting: Prepare risk status reports/presentations; track mitigation actions and report effectiveness; provide meeting admin (scheduling, materials, minutes); learn and apply company risk policies, procedures, and tools

What You Bring

• Risk management (identification and assessment) grounded in project management principles, with strong analytical thinking and data analysis abilities
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Legal
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
