• Manage Software Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Intelligence Specialists while establishing standards and practices.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable AI and reporting solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software development, business intelligence, or data science with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
• Ability to build and mentor high-performing teams with strong communication and project management skills.
