Software Engineer Camunda (f/m/div)

In this role you will drive digital transformation in manufacturing by automating and orchestrating business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions and ensure reliable production systems. You’ll focus on integrating workflow automation with enterprise systems and continuously improve architecture. This is a hands-on position with impact on efficiency, reliability, and scalability, within a global leader in semiconductor solutions.

• Requirements analysis with business and IT teams to shape technical solutions
• Development and testing of Camunda-based software solutions
• Ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
• Conducting code reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with project teams for technical evaluations and effort estimations
• Operation of systems including monitoring, 2nd- and 3rd-level support, and root cause analysis of incidents and defects

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a STEM-related field or a comparable qualification
• Several years of software engineering and process automation experience
• Experience with interface technologies, data formats and process integration (APIs/REST)
• Experience in BPMN and Camunda 8
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of cloud technologies – Kubernetes and Elastic as an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
