Solution Consultant, Sales Manager – B2B SaaS Immobilienverwaltung

Responsibilities

• You identify and qualify new customer opportunities through trade shows, events, marketing leads, and targeted outreach.
• You guide prospects through the entire decision‑making process from first contact to closing.
• You analyze property management processes and identify concrete optimization and digitization opportunities.
• You present our software in tailored demos via video call or on‑site meetings and clearly demonstrate where efficiency gains and automation are possible.
• You represent etg24 at trade shows and events — both through direct engagement and technical presentations.
• You further develop existing customer relationships and expand them strategically.
• You document and manage your sales activities in a structured way in the CRM.

• You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS sector or in the real estate industry.
