Solutions Development Architect

In this role you will partner with Sales, CX CTO and the Deal Acceleration Team to advance opportunities with minimal friction. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to enable scalable technology implementations aligned to customer outcomes. You’ll shape future solutions through cross-architecture input and lead pre-sales initiatives across accounts, delivering high-impact, long-term plans while bridging to post-sales architects. • Co-lead pre-sales solution architecture and articulate the technical vision for a solution
• Lead CX RFPs/RFIs for assigned accounts
• Identify growth opportunities and align activities with Lifecycle selling and transformational opportunities
• Build and evaluate plans and design proposals considering long-term effectiveness and practicality
• Demonstrate cross-architecture approach to develop journey maps and multi-year roadmaps
• Ensure follow-through with post-sales architects to deliver scoped solutions
• Collaborate across functions and with ecosystem partners to realize scalable implementations

• Consultative selling and delivery experience
• Delivery background with professional services for strategic customers
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Direct pre-sales experience or equivalent business development experience
• CCNA certification or equivalent (or relevant industry experience)
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
