Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Representative (f/m/d) to join our growing Customer Service team in Berlin. In this role you will help Spanish‑speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect. All applicants must be permanently based in Berlin, Germany; we do not support relocation or remote contracts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g., lawyers) in Spanish across multiple communication channels.
• Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Flag recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of our service processes.
• Use AI‑enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

Must‑haves

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken, at a professional level.
• Experience in a customer service or support role.
• A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI‑assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian and/or German.

• Junior level salary band: €32,000 – €35,000 gross per year; mid‑level: €36,000 – €44,500 gross per year (based on a 40‑hour work week). The exact offer will reflect your experience and qualifications.
