Specialist (m/f/d) - Product Specification

In this role you support the Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation team to ensure compliant product specifications and documentation. You will review products from a food chemistry perspective and advise on food law for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work with customer documents, portals and our IT systems to evaluate specifications. The position sits in a global, collaborative environment that values growth and shared impact. • Create and evaluate product specifications and related documents in our IT system and customer portals
• Assess products from a food chemistry perspective against nutritional forms and quality standards
• Advise on food law and food chemistry for internal and external customers based on German and European food law

• 1–3 years of professional experience in food and beverage is ideal
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Careful, accurate and responsible working style
