Responsibilities:

1. Renewal preparation in systems
2. System setup (GLMS, PPA, DWF, etc.)
3. CoE hand-off sheet
4. SOV translation
5. Multinational coordination
6. Prepare and issue quote, binder slip, policy
7. Finalize GLMS and data quality check
8. Endorsements handling
