Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator

Location: Burton-on-Trent. Open to hybrid/remote working.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Coordinator to join our Quality team and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride. In this role, you'll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (either through web enquiries / emails / portals)
• Review incoming opportunities and identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units
• Coordinate multiple Business Units.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities (until a specific Divisional owners is appointed).
• Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information.
