Sr. Account Manager, AWS Startups, Germany

As a Startup Account Executive, you drive revenue and adoption of AWS among German startups. You engage founders, CTOs, boards, and VC influencers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute GTM motions. You’ll help startups leverage AI/ML, serverless, and IoT on AWS to accelerate growth and disrupt industries. You join a mission-driven, customer-first sales culture that emphasizes rapid execution in a fast-paced environment. • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
• Establish AWS as the key cloud technology provider across managed accounts
• Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans to grow multiple accounts

• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver results in an agile environment
• Knowledge of the German startup landscape and passion for helping startups grow
