Sr. Advertising Technology and Media Sales Manager, Amazon Ads DE

In this role, you drive revenue growth for CPG advertisers by selling Amazon Advertising solutions across search, display, video, audio, and custom formats. You act as a strategic partner, leveraging deep client and agency relationships to deliver integrated, cross-platform campaigns. You lead end-to-end strategy from ideas to analytics, coordinating with internal teams to meet advertiser goals. You will work with mid-to-large brands to scale programs, optimize performance, and strengthen brand partnerships. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on measurable business outcomes and long-term revenue growth.

• Deliver highest level of sales and customer service to brand media clients
• Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and partner groups
• Build and execute overarching full funnel strategy from concept to analytics
• Prospect and establish new relationships with clients at all levels within large advertiser organizations
• Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
• Identify net new revenue opportunities within existing advertisers
• Understand Amazon's search, display, video, and audio advertising opportunities to craft relevant solutions
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information, progress, and forecast to meet quarterly quotas

• Experience in business-to-business selling or equivalent
• Experience in Online Advertising/Marketing/Sales/Digital Media
• Proven track record closing sales and generating revenues
• Experience in TV, streaming TV, and/or broadcast AV sales
• Fluency in German (spoken, written, read)
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, read)
