Sr CDS Ecosystem Marketing Manager

In this role, you will lead European marketing initiatives for medical devices with a focus on cardiology and CRM, shaping value propositions for innovative technologies. • Develops program marketing plan with strategies, objectives, tactics and budget
• Conducts market analyses to understand health care financing, organization, systems and care standards for plan support
• Initiates market research on economics of care delivery
• Establishes and executes promotional strategies to support the marketing plan
• Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand needs
• Collaborates with internal business unit, marketing and sales to develop and execute the plan

• Master’s degree with proven marketing leadership in the medical device or healthcare sector
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and deep understanding of the Western European market landscape, especially cardiology and CRM
• Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for AI-driven healthcare technologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency
• Strategic thinking with track record of long-term marketing planning and execution of tactical campaigns
• Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration
