Staff Counsel / Corporate Counsel (Negotiation Lead) (Fully Remote)

• Lead negotiations and drive execution across portfolio.
• Review third-party contracts and propose actionable redlines.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals.

Contract Lifecycle Management:

• Own contracts out for execution pipeline.
• Maintain real-time contract log.
• Ensure signed agreements are stored in centralized repository.

Legal Advisory & Internal Counsel Support:

• Create and maintain internal guidance documents.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on broader business matters.
• Manage contract disputes and claims.

AI-Enabled Efficiency:

• Use AI to accelerate issue spotting and drafting.
• Build automations to improve speed and consistency.
