As a Strategic Customer Partnerships Manager, you will work at the intersection of industry, research, and innovation. You will identify strategic opportunities, develop long‑term customer relationships, and help shape collaborations with leading companies, universities, and research institutions.

You will become part of a highly interdisciplinary environment with direct exposure to renowned partners from industry and academia, including companies such as Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU Aero Engines, as well as leading universities and research institutions worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and develop long‑term strategic relationships with leading industrial customers
• Identify innovation opportunities and translate emerging technologies into customer value
• Shape collaborations between industry partners, universities, and research institutions
• Support the development of strategic initiatives, proposals, and innovation programs
• Drive customer interactions across deep‑tech domains such as AI, simulation, data, and quantum technologies
• Represent TWT in high‑level customer and ecosystem engagements
• Contribute to the growth of TWT’s innovation network and strategic partnerships

Your Profile

• Excellent university degree with a PhD or postdoctoral research experience in a relevant discipline
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Passion for innovation, technology, and industrial transformation
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building capabilities
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across industry and academia
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
