Strategic Marketing Lead (Fully Remote)

• This is a full-time, 4-month temporary position to design and pilot a marketing operating framework.
• You will work with senior leadership to organize expertise into a clear, repeatable system.
• Success is measured by creating clarity, repeatable processes, and strategic assets.

What You'll Do:

• Own marketing strategy and planning, including assessing current efforts and building annual frameworks.
• Drive content strategy by identifying gaps and developing thought leadership assets.
• Enable business development with playbooks, account approaches, and team training.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in strategic B2B marketing, professional services marketing, or consulting.
• Experience building marketing operating models, content architectures, or BD enablement programs.
• Strong interviewing, facilitation, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
