Consumer Services Marketing Account Director (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts, focusing on lead quality and funnel economics such as CPL and cost per acquired customer.
• Collaborate with client sales and operations teams to define good leads and align marketing strategy with what the sales team can close.
• Manage retention and expansion, lead renewals, and coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a single account strategy.
