Senior Account Manager (Legal Services) (Fully Remote)

• Oversee contracted operations to ensure needs of the contract and client are met.
• Provide people leadership to develop a highly functioning client team.
• Manage financials including monthly P&L review and budget participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Over 6 years of experience as a recognized leader in a customer service intensive environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary range: $91,800 to $146,800 per year.
