Support Engineer – L2 (Systems, Networking & Security) (Fully Remote)

• You will be the first technical escalation point for complex incidents and requests.
• You will work closely with help desk and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• You will contribute to infrastructure and project work with a security-first mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Troubleshoot cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
