In this role you drive global controlling and data analytics initiatives to support informed decision-making. You partner with cross-functional teams across regions to evolve reporting, ensure data quality, and enable self-service analytics. You will lead automation and AI-enabled improvements to reporting and Controlling processes, shaping how the organization uses data. • Lead cross-functional data analytics projects across regions
• Develop and enhance global controlling reporting solutions
• Ensure high data quality and promote self-service analytics for users
• Coordinate reporting requirements with Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics
• Act as sparring partner on Controlling and Digital topics
• Support digital evolution of Controlling and share knowledge across the org
• Introduce automation and AI-powered reporting improvements
• Contribute to financial analyses, performance monitoring, and ad hoc requests

• Master's degree in relevant field with professional experience in controlling or analytics
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Solid understanding of reporting and controlling processes
• Self-organized, collaborative, with strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with Databricks, data warehouses, and modern analytics platforms (beneficial)
• Ideally experience with automation tools (Power Automate) and project coordination
