The Systems Engineering team is responsible for long‑term customer success, enabling transformation through execution of Apple standard methodology and development of a modern IT infrastructure. You will advise customers on standard processes, work closely with technical and non‑technical customers, and partner with both. You collaborate with customers and channel partners across Germany and Austria.

Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to its largest customers in enterprise and education.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on standard processes.
• Work closely with technical and non‑technical customers, communicating and partnering with both.
• Collaborate with customers and channel partners across Germany and Austria.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical business transformation projects to large enterprises or executing large rollouts in education.
• At least 5 years of consultative pre‑sales engineering experience.
• Expert level hands‑on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies and platforms.
• Qualifications and certifications from leading hardware, software, and infrastructure vendors.
• Experience managing Apple platforms or software deployments or environments at scale.
• Excellent customer‑facing technical presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions for large enterprises or in education.
• Proven ability to balance delivering on short‑term goals while creating sustainable value for customers and demand for the future.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor or higher education.
