Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Operations Analyst

Support Operations pillars including Data & Digital Solutions, Hiring & Onboarding, Process & Metrics, and Learning & Development
Analyze data and develop dashboards, reports, and insights supporting business and workforce decisions
Support hiring and onboarding activities by tracking staffing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and improving employee experience
Develop, document, and improve operational processes, metrics, and standard work
Support Learning and Development programs, training initiatives, communications, and organizational development activities
Identify opportunities to streamline work through automation, digital tools, and process improvements
Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities and contribute to projects improving operational effectiveness
Travel up to 10%

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data, identifying trends, and presenting findings
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing dashboards, reports, presentations, or automated solutions
Experience working with large datasets and data visualization
Experience using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Exposure to HR, recruiting, workforce planning, learning and development, or organizational operations
Experience managing projects or working with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and process improvement. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data visualization and reporting in a collaborative environment.
