Christian Dior Couture invites you to join our Munich boutique as a Tailor who will take ownership of all tailoring craftsmanship activities, partner with Sales Associates, and deliver impeccable alterations and repairs to our prestigious clientele.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper fit, marking, alteration, repair, and pressing of garments.
• Strive to meet or exceed client alteration requests in a precise and timely manner.
• Partner with Sales Associates, offering expert tailor advisement and recommendations as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent product and tailoring knowledge.
• Ensure customers receive the highest standards of customer service.
• Perform as a team‑player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in ready‑to‑wear tailoring with complex fabrics (e.g., silk, leather). Retail experience is a plus.
• Maintain the highest standards of seamstressing and tailoring in line with Christian Dior standards within the boutique.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with prestigious clients.
• Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German and/or English.
