Talent Acquisition Team Lead (RPO) - Luxury Retail, Seoul

Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to manage a high performing RPO Team and contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables. A key objective is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition in the luxury retail space, experience with large team management, understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards, data analysis skills, excellent planning and organizing skills, and business communication in Korean and English. The role involves leading a team to ensure delivery, managing recruitment activities, building stakeholder trust, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in project reviews. The working model is hybrid, with 4 days onsite per week in Jung-gu.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high performing RPO team to deliver recruitment services consistent with service level agreements.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables and ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Ensure high quality service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction across stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed to meet client goals.
• Build and maintain stakeholder trust through transparent communication and regular updates.
• Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements and participate in project reviews.
• Operate within the hybrid model (4 days onsite per week in Jung-gu) and align team activities accordingly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition in the luxury retail sector.
• Experience managing large teams and coordinating complex recruitment programs.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards; proficient in data analysis.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills.
• Strong business communication skills in Korean and English.
