Your Mission
As a Talent Partner (12‑month contract, with the possibility to extend) on our Talent Acquisition & People team, you’ll drive end‑to‑end hiring for Business and Tech roles, ensuring quality of hire and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple seniority levels across Business and Tech.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Google.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, engage with candidates and manage the full hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to translate needs into hiring plans and make timely decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other Talent Partners, People, and leadership to align hiring with business goals.
- Own initiatives that improve hiring processes, such as employer branding, hiring excellence, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business and tech recruiter, especially in FinTech.
- Track record of hiring specialist roles in fast‑paced startups with limited resources.
- Strong sourcing skills, data‑driven mindset, and ability to balance short‑term wins and long‑term goals.
- Collaborative, adaptable mindset, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Fluent in German and English; other languages welcome.
