Team Lead IT – Sales Applications (f/m/d)

As Team Lead IT – Sales Applications, you guide and develop the Sales Applications team across Wiesbaden with a global perspective. You partner with worldwide sales teams to ensure IT solutions meet sales processes and drive improvements. You lead both consultancy and delivery activities, shaping standards and adopting new technologies to enable sales success. This role combines people leadership with hands-on IT and business partnering to impact global sales performance.

• Disciplinary management of the Sales Applications Team in Wiesbaden
• Technical leadership of an extended team, including members in Barcelona, Spain
• IT business partner and main contact for worldwide sales departments
• Central service responsibility for IT solutions with process relevance in Sales
• Continuous alignment of requirements and process improvements
• Establishment of a global community for IT standards within Sales
• Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of actions and innovation

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams (sales applications preferred)
• Ability to steer consulting, development & operations
• Deep knowledge about sales processes and applications (esp. Salesforce and SAP SD)
• Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international Sales
• Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stakeholders
