Team Lead IT Support (m/w/d)

In this role, you will lead Maltego’s IT operations to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology for a distributed workforce. You’ll drive governance, cloud-first mindset, and end-to-end IT service delivery, partnering with Security and Compliance to maintain audit-ready standards. You will shape the endpoint, IAM, and SaaS management programs while developing a high-performing IT team. • Own device lifecycle for macOS, Windows, and iOS including provisioning, MDM via Intune, and offboarding
• Harden endpoints and manage endpoint security with Microsoft Defender to maintain security baseline
• Administer identity and access management in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO and access reviews
• Design and operate onboarding, role-change, and offboarding workflows to keep access synchronized
• Evaluate, procure, and manage Maltego’s SaaS stack with budget and vendor relationships
• Maintain office network infrastructure (Ubiquiti, VPN, connectivity) for distributed workforce
• Lead, develop, and prioritize work for a small IT team with clear expectations
• Run IT service delivery end-to-end, own ticketing system, define SLAs, and uphold high internal support standards
• Partner with Security and Compliance on access reviews, endpoint hardening, and security standards

• 5+ years in IT operations
• At least 2 years managing a team in a technology company
• Hands-on experience with cloud-first IT environments (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune)
• Endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and iOS with Intune
• IAM experience with Entra ID, SSO setup and monitoring, access reviews
• Endpoint security experience (Microsoft Defender) and collaboration with Security
• User lifecycle management including onboarding/offboarding workflows
• SaaS portfolio management with budget ownership and license optimization
• Office network infrastructure experience (Ubiquiti, VPN)
• Experience supporting distributed workforce across locations/time zones
• Strong service delivery mindset and experience with ticketing systems and SLAs
