In this role, you will lead the procurement governance and operations function for Allianz Technology, ensuring policy compliance and effective service delivery with internal providers. You will guide a small team to develop governance frameworks, optimize procurement processes, and manage relationships with internal customers. • Define and manage Allianz Technology’s procurement policy framework in alignment with AZ Group standards
• Lead the development and implementation of procurement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Allianz Technology's standards and policies
• Monitor adherence to procurement policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Oversee operational procurement activities (compliance & performance) outsourced to an internal shared service provider
• Oversee operational procurement that is internally outsourced, focusing on compliance, efficiency and effectiveness
• Financially control service contracts with internal customers to manage the balance sheet
• Manage the budget of Global Sourcing & Procurement in AZ Technology
• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Proven experience in procurement governance, operations, and service management within a large organization
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in Procurement is a plus
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role with governance focus
• Studies: Economics, Legal, Supply chain management, Industrial engineering or other technical studies in combination with economics
