Tätigkeiten

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Services Sales Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager teams
• Acting as the station manager's deputy and providing active support in day-to-day operations as well as on strategic issues
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations
• Organizing and ensuring the smooth handling of service requests and processes
• Optimization and implementation of processes in the area of service administration
• Providing technical support to employees when dealing with complex issues
• Support for projects aimed at further developing the infrastructure and processes within the service station

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung; Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt oder Techniker von Vorteil
• Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally with initial management experience
• Strong leadership and social skills as well as excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of responsibility and assertiveness
• Confident use of common software (MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable systems)
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
