Teamlead CQV (m/f/d) Industrial projects

In this role you lead and develop a team of commissioning engineers while planning, executing, and validating the commissioning of mechanical systems on construction projects. You ensure installations, testing, and operation meet design specs, safety standards, and client requirements. You will drive commissioning strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee documentation and progress to achieve key project milestones. This is a hands-on leadership position at Exyte with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant systems.

• Lead and develop a team of commissioning engineers to technical excellence and growth
• Head multidisciplinary commissioning teams through the project lifecycle in line with commissioning plans and requirements
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical, coordination, and decision-making matters within commissioning
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, execution plans, and schedules aligned with the project program
• Oversee all commissioning activities including testing, inspection, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning partners for system integration, testing, and handover
• Ensure timely resolution of observations, non-conformities, punch lists, and technical issues to meet client requirements and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or related discipline
• Several years of commissioning experience with proven leadership in a senior role
• Mandatory leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, regulations, standards, and certification requirements
• Experience delivering commissioning for data center projects or other highly complex technical environments
• Strong stakeholder management to build relationships with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as project needs require
