Technical Customer Support – Trimble Tekla Structures

Stellenbeschreibung:

Provide customer support by phone, through digital channels, and on-site when required
Write and translate support articles, product guides, and technical documentation
Create, update, and translate training materials
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and the Customer Success team
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect in collaboration with Product Development
Resolve complex technical issues for stakeholders in the construction industry
Support contractors and engineering firms in implementing challenging construction projects

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent qualification or professional experience, for example as a drafter, structural engineer, technician, or technical systems planner
Practical knowledge of structural engineering and construction
Experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD solutions is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German
Good command of English
Excellent communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly when dealing directly with customers
Self-motivated, proactive, and service-oriented approach to work
Strong team spirit and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even in dynamic situations
Willingness to provide on-site customer support when required

Demonstrates expertise in customer support within the construction industry, with strong capabilities in technical documentation, training material creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficient in structural engineering principles and familiar with Tekla Structures and CAD solutions, alongside excellent communication skills in both German and English.
