We are looking for a Technical Implementation Lead (m/f/d). (unlimited, full‑time) Join our team at our location in Heerenveen or Verl – flexible working conditions available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Implementation team, driving performance, engagement, and continuous growth.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of technical client and partner implementations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Lead the transformation of the Technical Implementation team by evolving its operating model, capabilities, and ways of working to support Riverty's future growth and strategic direction.
• Provide leadership across cross‑functional initiatives by collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Partner Management, and Operations.
• Drive operational excellence through data‑driven decision‑making, process optimization, and the adoption of automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Informatics or a similar field or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in Technical Implementation, Solution Engineering, Client Onboarding, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer‑facing technical role within FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of API‑based integrations, enterprise client onboarding, system integration lifecycles, testing, and implementation governance. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, and influence decisions across Product, Commercial, Sales, Risk, Engineering, and Operations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset, strong ownership, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to create clarity in complex environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). German and / or Dutch is a plus.
