Test Engineer (API/Healthcare) (Fully Remote)

This is a fully remote Test Engineer position focused on API and healthcare interoperability testing. You will work at the intersection of quality engineering and regulated healthcare systems. The role involves validating complex API workflows for real-world payer and provider ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute API testing for interoperability solutions like CRD, DTR, PAS, and Member Access.
• Design and develop test cases and scenarios for FHIR-based integrations.
• Validate APIs against business rules, CMS regulations, and Da Vinci Implementation Guides.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience with strong API testing skills (REST, JSON).
• Familiarity with tools like VS Code and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in healthcare interoperability environments and standards like HL7 FHIR is highly preferred.
