Overview

Training Specialist NF-03 located at USAG Wiesbaden - MWR, Wiesbaden Army Lodge, Wiesbaden, Germany. Full‑time, on‑site position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and conduct new employee training, orientation training, and customer service training for hotel staff.
• Assist departmental supervisors and work leaders in the development of task‑specific training.
• Obtain additional training from external sources when required.
• Research cost‑effective training methods to support team building, self‑paced job‑specific training, and supervisory/managerial professional development.
• Assist management in developing programs that enhance professional growth of mid‑level and line staff.
• Assess and report on training results.
• Assist in the management of the employee award program.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hotel or other service‑related industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of instructional methods and techniques.
• Practical knowledge of customer service in a business environment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of verifiable experience as an instructor, teacher, or trainer.
