Transaction Services Senior Tax Manager (Fully Remote)
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Lead transaction-driven tax engagements end-to-end, overseeing buy-side, sell-side, and post-close clients while leveraging a technology platform for analysis and documentation.
- Perform Section 382/383 ownership change analyses, transaction cost analyses under Section 263(a), and purchase accounting support with audit-ready technical memoranda.
- Mentor junior team members, manage project timelines and deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D and cost segregation.
