Team Europe is the technology investment company of tech entrepreneur Lukasz Gadowski.

Our mission is to deliver a better future via technology.

Our main areas of interest are Digital Technologies, Clean Aviation & Clean Energy.

Our core portfolio consists of Spreadshirt, Volocopter, Bird, Miles Mobility, Enpal and one undisclosed energy company.

We are supporters and minority shareholders in about 20 more private digital/ tech companies. Right now we are spending a lot of time in the future of aviation and clean energy. In those sectors, we invest across all stages.

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Work closely with portfolio companies, strategic players, investors and thought leaders to identify and analyze unsolved problems within a variety of industries and sectors.
• Analyze the market potential of those ideas and define the team, capital, business model and product/technology required to turn the most compelling ideas into stand‑alone ventures.
• Identify and recruit a top‑notch technical and commercial talent for our new ventures and closely assist them in the initial launch phase to hit the ground running.
• Cultivate partnerships with strategic players, financial investors and start‑ups to provide our new ventures with the right resources and funding to succeed.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should have

• Outstanding academic credentials and professional experience from high‑profile companies. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• Experience in recruiting talent from a variety of backgrounds and coaching them to reach optimal performance.
• Strong and demonstrated experience in project management – including handling multiple projects at once and “getting things done.”
• Financial and legal skills required to launch a new business such as business modelling, accounting and transaction structuring.
• Fluency in English and German (other languages are a bonus), readiness to travel for the role if required and willingness to also work at varying hours (we have a strong network around the globe).
• Long‑term focus.
