ICG is looking for a Vice President/Principal to join their European Mid-Market team in Munich. This role involves building investment theses, preparing financial models, and supporting deal execution. The firm has recently closed a significant fund and is expanding its team, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on mid-market investments.

What You’ll Do

• Help build investment theses for new opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee papers and financial models.
• Support deal leads in winning transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and lead financial analysis.
• Actively participate in board meetings of portfolio companies.

What You Need

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Private Equity or Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of the German market.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to travel across the DACH region and to the UK.
