Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator – Event Venues – "Live Peace"

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the heart of our project: the 100 events worldwide
• Contact event venues we identify together, such as clubs, discos, art venues, opera houses, etc. We provide standard texts, a professional presentation and your own Live Peace email address
• Coordinate follow-ups
• Support meeting preparations (we conduct video calls together)
• Keep track of deadlines and status
• Coordinate the onboarding of event venues (emails, etc.)
• Be part of a clearly structured project plan with defined phases, milestones and KPIs, and support the development of an international network

Requirements

• Reliable and eager to contribute to something meaningful
• Work in a structured, independent way and in close coordination with the team
• Interested in international projects
• Good command of English
