Job Overview

Schbang is looking for a results-driven Freelancer Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with a strong understanding of brand growth in the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid visibility
• Create and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed reportsCollaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (Freelance experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
