What you will do

• Identify and secure new wind project opportunities in the early development phase – also with the help of the GIS Team
• Conduct site screening and feasibility assessments for potential wind projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for land agreements and cooperation arrangements.
• Support the development of the project pipeline and contribute to strategic origination activities in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, permitting, technical) to advance projects through the early stages.

What we are looking for

• ACADEMIC LEVEL
• University Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related technical field. Other qualifications with relevant development experience will also be considered.
• REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 5-8 years of experience in wind early-stage development / origination.
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
• Strong experience in site identification, land acquisition, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to independently originate and advance project opportunities.
• Good understanding of renewable energy project development processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• LANGUAGES
• Fluent in German and English.
