Aufgaben:

You actively support the Service Management & DevOps Center Team, assisting in tasks such as license provisioning, charging activities, and application portfolio analysisBuilding on this, you contribute to the Siemens IT Mendix DevOps Center by developing and executing concepts to ensure process adherence, as well as supporting the Software Development Life CycleFurthermore, you help maintain the consistency and quality of our customer-facing and internal service knowledge baseIn addition, you support service-related marketing by creating engaging newsletter articles and professional PowerPoint presentationsThroughout all tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently successfully studying Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience and Skills :Experienced in using MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPointFamiliar with state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance personal productivityIdeally, you have knowledge of SharePoint, Wiki usage, or LowCode technology (e.g., Mendix)Ways of Working : You demonstrate strong communication skills, can work autonomously, and show a structured and analytical approach as a team playerLanguages : You are fluent in English and German
