This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Johnson Controls. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager - Security in Iowa (USA).
This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise sales of video and access solutions across the North Central region. You will work closely with channel partners, rep firms, and distributors to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and achieve sales targets. The position provides a balance of autonomy and support, allowing you to operate independently while leveraging company resources. You will influence market share expansion, collaborate on pricing and competitive strategies, and play a key role in positioning innovative security solutions for customers. Travel across the region is expected, making this a dynamic and engaging sales leadership role.
· Manage sales of video and access solutions through channel partners, rep firms, and distributors across the assigned territory.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and end users to maximize revenue and market share.
· Set yearly targets and quotas for channel partners, monitor KPIs, and track progress toward goals.
· Provide product updates, overviews, and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
· Identify new opportunities and potential partners within the territory.
· Collaborate on channel planning, business strategies, and competitive pricing to drive growth.
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven record of success managing a territory.
· Sound knowledge of the security industry, including video and access control solutions.
· Experience in channel selling and marketing, including customer presentations and demonstrations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
· Willingness to travel 50%+ across Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Experience in security sales is a plus.
