A Berlin-based AI scale-up, founded in Feb '25, growing to 5M ARR before EoY and projected to 25-30M ARR growth in '26, is now building its GTM founding team; you can be among their first Account executives! With 4 funding rounds, and 1200+ customers signed up already within 9 months, they are on a high-paced journey to realize their vision. (Customers: n8n, Attio, DEPT, ElevenLabs, Brevo, TUI, WIX, Chanel, and many more.) They are now building their first sales team, and are looking for AE's and Junior AE's. Their leading solution helps companies get found on AI search engines; it's leading where the new SEO / GEO motion is going. This company is building the leading marketing AI platform for the AI era. Role DescriptionYou are part of the first GTM team as Account Executive, helping grow from 3.5 to 30M ARR in '26.Dealcycles are short 1-3 weeks, and dealvalues range from 2K up to 30KIt's a strong land & expand motion, highly PLG drivenYou get to work with leading brands and agencies globally (international sales!)This role is a 100% inbound (no outbound sales required for now, but this could change later in the year as an SLG motion will be developed)AEs are expected to close 1-1.4M ARR per year (target is 325K ARR per quarter)AEs easily close 100k ARR+ a month currently (Target achievement is 100%+) Note: There's a beautiful office in PLB, Berlin, where the team likes to come together daily. Requirements For the Junior position, we look for 6+ months of SDR experience at an excellent SaaS company, ready to make the move in high-velocity full-cycle sales (AE) For the Account Executive position, we're looking for 1-3+ years of Account Executive b2b SaaS experience You have experience in high-velocity sales (SMB / transactional sales)You come from an excellent company and have seen what great looks likeYou have a track record of overachievementYou have the following characteristics: High agency, curiosity, work ethic, hungry, and entrepreneurialYou have a base level understanding and experience of AI tools, with a high interest to learn more about it Salary & Benefits: Junior Account Executive: Salary Range: OTE €100,000 – €120,000 (50/50) + equityAccount Executive: OTE €140K - €160K (50/50) + equity Additional Benefits:Equity package with high earning potential€10K relocation bonus (if you are not from Berlin)Uber Eats & Uber rides home when working lateFrequent off-sites & team eventsTop-rated Office in Berlin An opportunity like this can truly shape your career and financial future.
