Your duties and responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers and agents, providing expert advice tailored to their spare parts needs and drive active spare parts sales in assigned countries within APAC
Proactively follow up on quotations with customers and agents to maximize conversion rates. Provide updates and promptly address queries and outstanding payments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by regularly contacting agents or local representatives through various channels, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
Act as a key interface between customers, agents, and internal Business Units to ensure seamless coordination and efficient processes.
Gather and share information to resolve spare parts issues by understanding customer needs, translating them into technical requirements, and coordinating with the supplying business unit.
Bonus: Experience or strong interest in logistics and import topics, especially within the SEA region

Your profile

Technical education (diploma or comparable) and 3 years of vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, technician or industrial mechanic or equivalent
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, although those with a background in customer or technical support from related sectors are also encouraged to apply
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
Strong customer focus and service orientation, highly self-motivated with a structured and organized approach to work, decisive, solution-oriented, and able to take the initiative
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within an international team
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; other languages are beneficial
Willingness to travel in Southeast Asia
