Customer Support Agent (Swedish Speaker) - Remote & Night Shift

🇸🇪 Now we're looking for Remote Night Shift Swedish & English speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM

Working days: 3 days work, 3 days off;

• ✔️ Providing support in Swedish & English by email, calls and Live chats;
• ✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;
• ✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• ✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• ✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

• ✔️ Proficiency in Swedish & English, both written and spoken;
• ✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
• ✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• ✔️ Attention to detail;
• ✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
