Phone Support Agent (Danish Speaker, Night Shift)

💼 Your Shift

Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM (Night Shift)

✅ Main Responsibilities:

• Helping customers via phone, email & live chat — mostly in Danish
• Solving inquiries with care, precision & a human touch
• Understanding client needs & recommending smart solutions
• Going above & beyond to wow our customers
• Collaborating with your team to improve how we do things

✅ Requirements:

• 🇩🇰🇬🇧 Fluent in Danish & English (written + spoken)
• A go-getter who thrives on helping people (and enjoys a bit of sales too!)
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Experience in customer support? Even better!
