DevOps Engineer – Unreal / VR

Munich – On-site only | up to €60,000

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a Munich-based team developing cutting-edge VR training solutions. You’ll help streamline Unreal Engine 5 development through automation, CI/CD, and smart infrastructure — keeping the pipelines fast, stable, and scalable.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine 5 projects
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde
• Collaborate with developers and artists to improve internal tools and workflows
• Support both Linux and Windows environments

Must-haves

• 3+ years’ professional experience as a DevOps Engineer (ideally in games)
• Strong scripting with PowerShell, Python, and/or C#
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Perforce/Git, and Terraform or Docker
• Solid understanding of Unreal Engine’s build systems
